Nancy Lou Anderson, 61, of Kingsland, died January 1, 2007 after a long and courageous fight with cancer. She was born December 7, 1945 in Kingsland, Arkansas to Paul and Louise Clements. She is preceded in death by her husband Danny Ray Anderson and her father. She is survived by two daughters, Tina Louise Bennett of Beebe, Arkansas and Rhonda Gail Johnson of Hot Springs, Arkansas; five grandchildren, Brandi Bowen, James Bennett, Eric Bennett, Mathew Lee Maples, Timothy A. Maples and one great-grandchild, Emily Grace Bowen; her mother, Louise Clements of Kingsland, Arkansas; one sister, Frances Harper of Glen St. Mary, Florida; one brother, Paul Kenneth Clements of Dardanelle, Arkansas; her very special friend, Lewis Langley of Kingsland, Arkansas.

Nancy was a member of Kingsland Assembly of God Church where she attended faithfully and taught the preschool Sunday school class.

To all who knew and loved her she left a legacy of love, friendship and a kind and gentle spirit. This beautiful lady brought joy to every soul she touched. Her family and friends will miss her dearly.

Sincere appreciation and thanks are extended to all her doctors and nurses for their loving care during Nancy’s fight with cancer, especially those during her final battle. They were a source of comfort to her and her family.

Visitation will be Friday 6pm until 8pm at Benton Funeral Home in Fordyce. Funeral services are 10:00 am Saturday, January 6, 2007 at Benton Funeral Home in Fordyce with Rev. Harry Purterbaugh officiating. Burial at Crossroads Cemetery near Kingsland. May Nancy be remembered by the words of II Corinthians 5: 1-9. To sign the online register visit www.bentonfunerahome.com

Nancy was one of the sweetest, loving, most kind ladies I've ever known. She was what a good Christian woman should be. Knowing her has made a profound impact on my life and I'm grateful to have known her as long as I did. She was truly a great and gracious friend and will be sorely missed by everyone who knew and loved her.
