NANCY CAMPBELL
On Thursday, April 9, 2015, Nancy Campbell Cook, age 88. Beloved wife of George McNary Cook; loving mother of Debbie (David) Beachler, Cindy (Joseph) Totten, Mimi (Michael) Loughead and Chester R. (Mary Louise) Babst III; dear grandmother of Molly and Jock Beachler, Devan (Shawn) Besong, J.T., Charlie and Casey Totten, Reid, Emily and Helen Loughead, and David (Amanda) Babst, Michael Babst and Megan (Jason) Lange; great-grandmother of five; daughter of the late Paul M. and Edna Taylor Campbell; sister of Paul T. (Beverly) Campbell and Robert D. (Mary Lou) Campbell; and niece of Malcolm B. Ryder. A private family viewing and funeral service was held at BURKET - TRUBY FUNERAL HOME CREMATION & ALTERNATIVE SERVICES, INC., Oakmont. Interment followed in the Homewood Cemetery, Pittsburgh. Memorial contributions may be made in Nancy's name to the DePaul School for Hearing and Speech, 6202 Alder Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15206, www.depaulhearingandspeech.org

Our deepest sympathy to George and the family on the passing of Nancy. Both Nancy and George are beloved friends of my parents Tom & Betty Burt. They shared so much of their lives on Falconhurst Drive. Through good times and bad their friendship always endured. It seems like yesterday that they were celebrating Derby Day or some other reason to socialize. Unfortunately both Tom & Betty are living with Alzheimer's. They are in good hands at Westminster Woods in Jacksonville Florida. Our prayers go out to the Cook family.
