Navid Farsi Obituary

Published by Legacy Remembers on Jan. 14, 2019.
Navid was an idealist who sought to bring harmony to the world around him. Navid had strong personal convictions, making it hard for him to relinquish those ideals he held dearest to himself. Despite his outer strengths and beliefs, Navid sometimes struggled in his efforts to see the world as completely positive.

Navid was born on June 18, 1986 at Tarzana Hospital in Tarzana and raised in Southern California. His parents were Shohreh Hadian and Frank Farsi. He was a compassionate and a sensitive person, a quality that he would carry with him throughout his life.
As a young boy, Navid lived a childhood filled with fantasy. He was generally in pursuit of his own identity.
Navid graduated from Aliso Niguel High School in 2004.
While those who did not know him well found Navid to be somewhat reserved until they got to know him. He was an authentic friend. Navid was in pursuit of tranquility and for that he found challenges along the way. He presented a pleasant face to the outside world but concealed the pain and his discomfort. He often felt the pain over his own friends' difficulties as well. Navid sought to achieve harmony with everyone. While growing up, his best friends were Mike, Andrew, Sherwin and Collin. Later in life, his closest friends were his cousins with Yasmin, Jessica, and Daryoush at the lead.

Navid enjoyed his leisure time playing video games. These video games allowed Navid to escape his anxiousness and rushing thoughts.
Navid enjoyed traveling. Taking trips provided the chance for him to relax, to visit new places and see new things. Favorite vacations included Japan, England and Europe.

Navid was a lover of animals and cherished them.
Navid passed away on January 10, 2019 in Fountain Valley. He is survived by his father Frank Farsi and his wife Nayer; mother, Shohreh Hadian and her husband Vahid; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
He viewed the people who inhabited his life as essentially good. A person who tended to see the world in terms of black and white, Navid tried to focus on the good he saw, knowing that there were times he would have to compromise. Navid was a person whose only hope was for a better tomorrow.
