Nick was an old buddy of my father. Besides being his accountant for so many years, they shared memorable times together building their dreams in community affairs by being active in both AHEPA and the Orthodox church. Together they defined the meaning of brotherhood. May we remember his spirit for life. May he rest in peace.

A helluva guy. Forever young and ambitious in my heart and a central fixture in our family celebrations. To me Nick is the best of AHEPA and Montreal. He will be missed greatly. My deepest sympathies to his family, his AHEPA brothers and his many, many friends.

The community won't be the same without Nick. He was a unique person, committed to family, friends and community. I will treasure his memory always. He was such an important part of our family, so close to my father John and uncle Peter and to all of us. Nick cared about people, he was a giving, generous soul who helped so many people out. And he was a man of great principle. I'm going to miss him. Zoe se mas.

Text of the Memorial comments which were shared with the family and friends.
-----------------
Oct-06
We have gathered to honour the passing of a good man, a great friend, benefactor, AHEPA brother, and a genuinely, pleasant human being; the unforgettable, MR. Nicholas Logothetis.
Whoever called, and left a message for Nicho, will not forget his famous, outgoing-communiqué:
“Bonjour, Good Morning, Kalimera. I‘m unavailable, je suis pas a maison, SVP laissez un message, please leave a message, sas parakalo, afiste parangellia, Thank you, bye, Adio, Effkaristo, Merci, Bonjour…..beep “
I guess he had much to say; or rather, perhaps he wished to leave less room on the tape, for incoming messages.
All who have known Nicho, will remember his colourful personality; He was uncompromising in his fairness and values, polite to a fault, gracious, generous, an enthusiastic professional and keen to live LIFE; also, he let others, live theirs’.
Nicho, made the best of his recent, weakened health; he listened to his doctors, some of the time; often traveled to his favourite destination in Florida and read voraciously. Nicho, was also known to have an opinion, on just about everything. Even so, Nicho was not a meddler, never imposed his views, and held to a favourite Greek predisposition; to philosophize.
There were many facets to Nicho that I was honoured and privileged to have experienced first hand. I will miss Nick; and I know, you also, will miss him.

Nicholas, you were a mentor, and a generous man, always there to help people when needed. You were certainly an inspiration to many who were fortunate enough to have crossed your path. Many of those owe you much gratitude. I for one, am one of those lucky individuals. Thank you for the opportunities, and mostly for your friendship and guidance. "Xtipa Xylo" you would say...you will be missed. May you rest in peace my dear friend.
