Norlyn Patheal Obituary

Published by Legacy Remembers on Aug. 7, 2024.
Norlyn Roy Patheal, born on February 24, 1960, in Jerome, Idaho, passed away at the age of 64 on August 2, 2024, in Boise, Idaho after his courageous battle to cancer. A man who embraced the beauty of the outdoors, Norlyn was an avid boater and fisherman, often found enjoying the serene waters of Lucky Peak Lake. His passion for life was not limited to the water; he was also a devoted Harley rider, a hobby that brought him immense joy and freedom.

Norlyn's infectious love for life made him the life of the party. He was known for his humorous spirit and his ability to make every moment with his loved ones count. His presence was a gift to those who knew him, and he will be remembered as a truly special soul who left a lasting impact on every life he touched.

He leaves behind a loving family: his son, Devlyn Patheal; daughter, Paige Mowry; mother, Pauline Patheal; father, Leroy Patheal; sister, Paula Schondel; niece, Tori McKinley; and nephew, Chase McKinley. Norlyn's legacy of joy and love will continue to live on through them and all who had the pleasure of knowing him.
