NORMAN STAUFFER Obituary
Age 81, of Shaler, passed away on Tuesday, March 14, 2017. Norman was born on March 13, 1936, in Etna, PA, son of the late Charles and Mildred (Stadler) Stauffer. In addition to his parents, Norman was preceded in death by a son, Steven Stauffer. He served in the United States Air Force and was member of the Shaler VFW and the DOH Club in Etna. Left to cherish his memory is his beloved wife of 53 years, Karen Davis Stauffer; his children, Dana Turner (Stewart), Christine Zinsser, and Erik Stauffer (Linda); grandchildren, Nicole, Stewart, Tamara, Dylan, and Stephanie; and two siblings, Richard Stauffer and Janet Neuman. Friends will be received in the ELOISE B. KYPER FUNERAL HOME, 2702 Mt. Royal Blvd., Glenshaw, PA 15116 on Friday, March 17, 2017, from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 18, 2017, at 1:00 p.m. in the funeral home chapel. Words are hard to come by right now. Lost of a loved one like this is never forgotten. Mr. Stauffer was a great man. I know this from my sister-in-law Dana. She has one of the kindest hearts, that was inherited from her mother and father. I will be praying for Mrs.Karen and the rest of the family. May the peace of God be with you at a time such as this.
