Ramona Jensen Her loving wisdom was in her kindness Ramona La June Anderson Jensen, 79, passed away October 14, 2006 after a valiant fight with Alzheimer's disease. Ramona was born at home on a farm in Cleveland, Utah on October 1, 1927 to Floyd Wilson and Rosanna Richards Anderson. She was the third of seven girls. She met Alfred E. Jensen while working at Clearfield. They were married in Elko, Nevada, April 16, 1946. As a youth Ramona loved sports, playing the piano and singing with her sisters. She played the piano for the choruses at school. She loved music of all kinds, going to the symphony and attending plays. She was a long time employee of Mountain Bell Telephone, retired. Some of her talents were patience, love, hard worker, music, fishing, a listening ear, great smile with a twinkle in her eye, and a fun spirit. Ramona is survived by her three children: Craig (Suzanne), Alene Seals, Larry Jensen; 13 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren, and one great-great granddaughter. She was preceded in death by her husband of 58 1/2 years, Alfred; three sisters, a daughter-in-law and son-in-law, and two grandchildren. Survived also by three sisters. Funeral services will be Thursday, October 19, 2006 at 11:00 a.m. at the Deseret Mortuary, 36 East 700 South Interment will be in the Salt Lake City Cemetery.
