Pablo Carbajal, a cherished husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend, was born on January 7, 1950, and was called by the Lord on October 26, 2024. Although he has departed this world, he will always remain in our hearts. Born in Victoria, Texas, Pablo built his life in Alice and Orange Grove, Texas, where he became a respected member of the oilfield community. With over 36 years of dedicated service, he was known for his hard work, generosity, and commitment.

A man of deep faith, Pablo was a devoted church member who found his greatest joy in his family. He is survived by his beloved wife, Rebecca Carbajal; his sons, Ismael Carbajal and Edgar Carbajal; his daughters-in-law, Linda Carbajal and Christy Carbajal; his six treasured grandchildren: Izak Carbajal, Abigale Carbajal, Gabriel Carbajal, Cruz Carbajal, Grace Carbajal, and Ava Carbajal; and his great-grandchild, Travis Carbajal. He is also survived by his brothers, Beto Carbajal, Benito Carbajal, Juan Luis Carbajal, and Carlos Epitallo. Known for his compassionate nature and unwavering support, Pablo's kindness and wisdom extended throughout his family and friends.

If Pablo wasn't found indoors, he could often be seen outside, lovingly tending to his lawn and plants, which he took immense pride in. He had a huge sweet tooth and was always eager to share a treat. Every Sunday morning, he would send a cheerful "Happy Sunday" message to wake up the entire family, a small but meaningful ritual of love. When family visited, he would never let anyone leave the house until he could give a farewell wave, his eyesight holding onto them until they were safely on their way.

Pablo was preceded in death by his mother, Alberta Garcia; his father, Pablo Carbajal Sr.; and his sisters, Gloria Gonzalez and Petra Andujo. Remembered for his patience, kindness, and unwavering love, especially for his family, Pablo leaves behind a legacy of faith, love, and dedication to family and community. Though he has left this life, his memory will be forever cherished.

Service date and time is still to be determined, please refer to the Seaside Funeral Home, Corpus Christi, TX website for updates.
