Pamela Culhane Timmons Obituary

Published by Legacy Remembers on Aug. 10, 2025.
Pamela Culhane "Pammy" Timmons, age 70, passed away peacefully on August 3, 2025, in Kenner, Louisiana. Born on October 6, 1954, in Hollis, Long Island, New York, Pamela brought warmth and joy to all who knew her throughout her life.

Pamela is survived by her devoted husband of 49 years, Arthur Timmons. Together they built a life rooted in love and family. She was the proud mother of two daughters, Jeanne Timmons and Sarah Wide, and the cherished grandmother of five grandchildren: Aidan and Ananda Wide, and Brian, Angel, and Alvin Pianovich. Her siblings-Valerie Moscona, Melissa Forschler, John "Jack" Culhane, and Megan Bordenave-also mourn her passing with deep affection.

She was predeceased by her beloved parents, Warren and Joanne Culhane, as well as her brother-in-law Vincent Moscona.

Known affectionately as Pammy to those closest to her, Pamela had a spirited personality that shone through in everything she did. A tomboy at heart with an enduring love for sports, she was a lifelong fan of the New York Yankees and a devoted supporter of the New Orleans Saints. Game days were special occasions for Pamela-times filled with excitement, cheering from the couch surrounded by family.

More than anything else, Pamela treasured time spent with her grandchildren. Whether watching games together or simply enjoying each other's company, these moments were among her most cherished. Her presence brought laughter and light into every room she entered.

To know Pamela was to experience unconditional love. She embodied patience and kindness in every interaction. Her sense of humor and joyful spirit made time spent with her not only comforting but also unforgettable.

May her memory bring comfort to those who knew and loved her. A Visitation will be held on August 23, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at St. Matthew the Apostle Church 10021 Jefferson Hwy. A Memorial Mass will be held on August 23, 2025, from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at St. Matthew the Apostle Church 10021 Jefferson Hwy
