Patricia Horrocks Obituary
Patricia was born February 25, 1925 in Palo, MI. She was the daughter of Fred and Vera Reimer and sibling to Jack and Wilma.
Patricia met Jerald in 1944 and married him six months later. As a pair, they new how to work hard and achieve their goals. They raised three sons all while building the Horrocks Farm Market that is well known and loved still today.
Love for dance was a big part of Pat's youth. And she was one of the best. But she also told stories of finishing chores so that she could "catch a horse" to ride and adventure with for the day. This transformed into her owning a first generation Ford Mustang in 1964 for her adventures. Patricia will always be remembered as a remarkable citizen of the greatest generation. Which is something we could all admire and emulate.
Patricia will be greatly missed by her family. Sons Kim (Ana) Horrocks, Kirk (Kay) Horrocks, grandchildren, Brandon (Alison) Horrocks, Autumn (Ryan Trierweiler) Horrocks, Abby (Joe) Kenney, Adam (Mallory) Horrocks, great grand children Jack and Jane Horrocks, Ocean and Aspen Horrocks- Trierweiler, Emily Horrocks, Easton and Everett Stevens, Hunter, Samantha and London Horrocks. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jerald, her son, Scott Horrocks, her parents, siblings and many dear friends.
The family would like to extend a very special thank you to her care givers, Josie, Jody, Lina and Larry.
A private cemetery service and celebration was held at the farm on Friday June 2, 2023.
