Patricia Kohlbeck

Patricia Kohlbeck Patricia Cecelia Kohlbeck, age 87 of Mazeppa, Minnesota passed away on May 10, 2024, at the Mala Strana Care Center in New Prague, MN. Pat was born in Thorp, WI. on July 18, 1936, to John and Helen Maslowski. She grew up in Thorp and graduated from high school there. After high school she attended Nursing School in Marshfield, WI then Mayo School of Health Sciences, and then St. Joseph School of Nursing, where she graduated in 1957. Pat worked for Associated Anesthesiologist PA, Northland Nurse Anesthesia, Olmsted Community Hospital, and finally at St. John's in Maplewood (Health East hospital but CRNA group) until her retirement. She enjoyed her work and loved the people she worked with. Pat enjoyed small town living and truly cherished the many neighbors and friends in Mazeppa. She was also an active member of Saint Peter and Paul Catholic Church in Mazeppa. She was an avid reader, loved to walk, cook, be outside, had a heart for dogs especially huskies, and was always ready for a game of cards. She is preceded in death by her parents, and siblings, Edward (Shirley) Maslowski, and Evelyn Jacobson, and Delores Strohman; Pat is survived by her children, Jason (Missie), Pam, and Chris (Julie); grandchildren, Maddie, Sophie, Emma, Mason, Samantha (Jake) Gabe, and Zach, also by other relatives and friends. Memorial Service will be held 11 AM Thursday May 23, 2024 at Sant Peter and Paul Catholic Church in Mazeppa, MN with a gathering of family and friends starting at 10 AM at church.
