Dear Patrice,
We met several times at the Legion; your Mother was a joy to be around and treasured you and your siblings above all. She valued her friendships and was a kind and generous spirit. We know you will miss her and hope your happy memories will bring you comfort. We have been out of the state and only today learned of her death. Please accept our sincere condolences.

To Patti's family. My husband john and I were very fond of Patti. We are summer residents in Alton and we met Patti at the American Legion. We have known her for several years and there was no one else like her. It was a privilege to know her. We will miss her very much. Carol and John Lee,

I just learned of Patti's passing and am so sorry to have missed the services. Patti was one of a kind...always with a funny remark or words to keep me on my toes. When I was fighting my own battle with cancer, she was always cheering me on and setting me straight with her honest remarks. I am very sorry for her family and hope they find peace knowing she is at peace.
