30.03.1924 - 31.01.2014 Passed away peacefully with his family beside him.
Cherished husband to Xiao Yan, loving Father to Shannon and Brendan, Father in Law to Phil and Grandfather to James and Michael. Patrick's love for music and his humorous nature will be sincerely missed.

We'll miss you Dad/Grandad. We were blessed to have known you; to have gone over to WA to visit you, and for the boys to put a face to the voice, if only for a short time.
We are sad that you are gone, but happy that you are now at peace in the loving arms of the family who have gone before you. It will be just like the good 'ol days up there in heaven with your mum and dad, brothers and entire family, playing the piano, singing and doing the Irish proud!
Husband, father, grandfather, teacher, friend, writer/poet, musician, traveller. You lived your life to the full and was happy to do so. I think you also learnt a few lessons on the way. Good on you!
