To my dear cousins Johanna &family,
Our sincerest condolences on the passing of my dear cousin Patsy. Being one of his yongest cousins (closer in age to his nephew & nieces) I recall as a young boy visiting the family in Auburn N.Y. I remember a happy go lucky cousin that would take me to church on Sunday with his brother Joe (a more serious one) and would take me for ice cream after mass: but told not to tell anyone because we were going to be having a traditional "Italian" Sunday luncheon.--- I didn't complain. Johanna, I have a recollection of going to wedding with" lots of candles". Is my memory correct? In later years I remember Pat at my wedding referring to Angela as his favorite Neapolitan. She was was so flattered. He was always a joy to be around. You all, of course, have many fond memories, may you treasure them in your hearts.
Fondly remembered Riposa in Pace,
Canadian cousins Joe & Angela Monachino & family
We'll be making a donation to a local Catholic Hospice in Patsy's memory.
