Paul Demery Obituary
He was the son of William Demery and Claire (Miesch) Demery-Tognolatti who preceded him in passing. Paul leaves a loving and dear wife, Ann Demery; two twin daughters, Morgan and Addison Demery as well as his sister, Lisa Demery Gallagher of Feeding Hills, MA. Paul has left us far too early in his young life.
He was always trying to "lighten the mood" in the room with his gift of humor and ability to make people laugh. He had a library of knowledge with regard to interesting facts that made us all say where in the world did that just come from?
You will be truly missed!
A time of gathering and sharing stories to celebrate Paul's life will begin at two o'clock in the afternoon on Friday, February 24, 2017 at McEwen Funeral Service-Mint Hill Chapel, 7428 Matthews-Mint Hill Road, Mint Hill, NC 28227.

I'm grateful to have spent quite a bit of time at Lisa and Pete's wedding talking with Paul, as it had been years since I'd seen him, and I'm so glad he was able to be there for that special day. Ann, Morgan and Addison - We haven't met, but Paul spoke so highly of all of you and was very proud of his daughters. My heart goes out to you during this very difficult time. Dear Uncle Paul,
This seemed to hit me like a ton of bricks. I guess because I didn't cherish enough when you sat in bed with me just talking and talking and talking. I love you Uncle Paul and I know you are more at peace now.

Lisa and Family, we are so sorry to hear of Paul's passing. My memories of Paul go back to First Lutheran as well as St. Peter's Lutheran Church. As I read about Paul I am reminded of his joking nature and very pleased that he maintained that. I pray that you find peace and strength in our Lord.

My thoughts and sincere prays go out to the Demery family. I pray for comfort and peace in this very difficult time. I met Paul in Junior High, and remained friends into High School. He was always easy going , its no surprise he had so many friends and acquaintances. Paul will be greatly missed, way too young. Certainly remembered by the Holyoker's.

I was very saddened to hear about my cousin Paul's passing. We did not see each other often after moving away from the Holyoke, MA area but did get the chance to get together this past January at his sister,Lisa's wedding. We had a great time there and the attached photo of Paul and Lisa was taken at that time. I will miss his somewhat eccentric views sometimes revealed when we sat down to catch up on our lives during those rare occasions when we actually did get together. He was a good man. My thoughts and prayers are with his wife and children at this really difficult time and in the days ahead.

I worked with Paul at Crystal Clean. His jokes and stories always made my day. He was so blessed by his girls, he talked about them daily. He looked forward to getting off and getting them. He was such a blessing to have around. He will be missed dearly. His courage, strength and the love he had for his family really touched my heart. I worked with Paul in Concord for the past 9 months. I used to really enjoy bs-ing with him in front of the Plant. Always a great and funny conversation. I will always remember that and the great, smart, hard working person he was. There are some people you can't replace in the workplace. Paul was one of those guys. A mans man. He will be missed.
