PORT ALLEGANY - Paul Andrew Robbins, 46, of Culpeper, Va., formerly of Port Allegany, died unexpectedly Saturday (Oct. 3, 2015) at his home in Culpeper.
He was born March 4, 1969, in Olean, N.Y., a son of Everett E. and Alice L. Cornelius Robbins. On July 16, 2011, in Bealeton, Va., he married Jennifer VanNette, who survives.
Mr. Robbins was a 1987 graduate of Port Allegany High School. He received a degree from Triangle Tech and attended Ohio State University, studying civil engineering.
Mr. Robbins worked locally for Kessel Construction in Bradford and recently as a CAD/BIM coordinator for Free State Electric in Virginia.
Paul was an avid sport fan. He helped coach high school football in Port Allegany and the Fauquier County Football League in Virginia
In addition to his wife, he is survived by his mother of Port Allegany; one daughter, Jourdan Robbins of Port Allegany; six sons, Jacob Robbins of Port Allegany, Zachary Robbins, Nathan, Austin, Ian, and Rian Garner, all of Culpeper; three sisters, Heather (Paul) Costa of Smethport, Bobbie Sue Robbins and Cathy Robbins; one brother, Allen (Elaine) Robbins of Sugar Grove; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father.
Visitation will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at the Hartle-Tarbox Funeral Homes Inc., 105 N. Main St., Port Allegan. Memorial services will be held at a later date in Virginia.
Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Hartle-Tarbox Funeral Homes Inc., Port Allegany
Memorials may be made to a Scholarship Fund for his son Zachary.

Jen, I know you have lost so much..so glad that you have that love and memories in your heart. Even when sick, Paul was an amazing man...and spoke of his love for you. An unbelievable loss for you, the boys and all who had the privilege of knowing him. You are in my prayers.

Paul is truly going to be missed. He was an awesome person,father and husband. His family will be in my thoughts and prayers. Did not know him long but in the time that I did he certainly made an awesome impression. Each and everytime I look at his son Zac I will see him. I know he will be truly missed by his wife and his whole family.
