Susie: So so sorry about Paul. Nellie just called me and I am shocked at the news. I have met him only a few times but what a joy to have known him - so pleasant, so joyful and with a happy happy countenance. I am praying for the family. I love you and you are in my thoughts. May you find comfort in knowing that "underneath are the everlasting arms". Love Marva

Sue, Jas and Than...
I grieve so very deeply for Paul's earthly passing...
But I rejoice in his birth into the Kingdom of Christ.
My heart is broken for the tragic loss of my big brother..
But it is filled with the hope of being with him again in the boundless glory of Heaven.
My soul is wounded by the deep chasm he has left..
But time will temper the pain of that wound and countless happy memories of Paul will help to lessen tremendous void he has left.

Dear Susie and family,
You all are in our thoughts and prayers. Even though we have only met a few times, you all are part of our family. This does not happen a lot in extended families. I remember talking to Paul the first time at Rich and Joyce's wedding. Paul will be well remembered and Susie you and Jason and Nathaniel will be in our thoughts and prayers. Love Jane and Dan and Evida and Allen

To the Stiffler family,
I was saddened to hear of Pauls sudden passing. I grew up with Paul on 21st Street in Windber and remember the great times we had as kids. It's been over 30 years since I saw him but I still remember his sense of humor and infectious laugh. Having recently lost my husband suddenly I understand what you are going through. I can only say God will get you through this somehow. Have faith. My prayers to you all.

Dear Stiffler family,
I am so sorry to read about the death of your precious loved one.
Although we don't know each other personally, My dear husband died two years ago, at 55 and we, too, were married 34 years.
I just wanted you to know that my thoughts are with you today, and I pray for God's peace for your family today and in the days ahead.

Sue, Jason, Nathaniel and the entire family, What a tragic loss for everyone that knew him. His laugh will be with me forever. We have been friends since we were early teens in Windber. We use to sit on his front porch in the early AM hours eating hot pepper sandwiches we swiped from the garden. He will be missed by a large famiy and many friends.
Words cannot express the sorrow in our hearts.... God Bless.

I am really going to miss Paul. We were really close. At any of the family functions we would sit and talk about life in general. He helped me get my girlscout badge too. When he owned his restaurant he took me, taught me how to cut the meat and all. And afterwards he made us these big hoagies to eat, I swear bigger than me!! They were so good too. I am going to miss Paul so much. I wish I could find the picture of us at the restaurant with my chefs hat on. Paul was an awesome guy, and an awesome cousin! I'll miss you! Love you forever.

I have had the pleasure of working with Paul for the past few years. He was an excellent chef, a great friend and person. The Peterson will not be the same without him. I am deeply saddened and will keep the family in my thoughts and prayers.
