Pauline Burgdorf Obituary
She was a member of Germania Damenchor. Pauline graduated from Reitz High School, Evansville College and Louisiana State University. She enjoyed genealogy, history, conservation and playing the violin.
Pauline is survived by brother, Kenneth Burgdorf (Marilyn); nephew, Paul Burgdorf (Cathy); niece, Sarah Henning (Brock); nephew, Brian Burgdorf (Kelly), and great nieces and nephews, Natalie, Noah, Gloria and Audrey Burgdorf, Jared, Morgan and Braden Henning and David and Gracie Burgdorf.
A Funeral Service will be 11:00 AM Saturday, May 19, 2018 at Salem United Church of Christ (Heusler), 11325 Lower Mt. Vernon Road, officiated by Pastor Al Schmitz, with burial in Salem United Church of Christ (Heusler) Cemetery. Friends may visit Friday from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Alexander West Chapel and Saturday from 10:00 AM until service time at the church.
Memorial contributions may be made to Patchwork Central, 100 Washington Ave., Evansville, IN 47713. Condolences may be made online at www.AlexanderWestChapel.com.

Pauline was a kind neighbor of mine for many years. I enjoyed our conversations on a range of topics. She had a remarkable knowledge of the natural world and a profound affection for it.
