Peggy Potter Obituary
April 29, 1952—July 23, 2016
Peggy passed away unexpectedly, leaving big holes in the hearts of her friends and family. Peggy was the life of every party, and was quick to lend a hand to those in need. Like her Mom, she put others before herself.A true San Franciscan, Peggy attended Balboa High, City College, and worked for the SF Public Defender for 27 years. Peggy was a pool shark, renown in SF and Clearlake circuits. In honor of her Dad, a wounded WWII vet, she supported and was a leader of the Clearlake American Legion.
Peggy leaves behind her brothers George and Mike, niece Kelley Eggers (Andrew), Aunt Theresa Attard, and many cousins and lifelong friends. Predeceased by Helen and Ike, her loving parents, in the last year Peggy lost her brother Steve, partner Bobby Alfonso, cousin John Talavera, and her good friend Marla Zamora.
A life celebration for Peggy will be held Sun. Oct. 30, 1-4 pm, Bay View Boat Club, 489 Terry Francois Blvd., SF.
Peggy loved her dog Freckles, please make a donation in Peggy's name to a dog rescue of your choice.

My friend Peggy, was a great girl. I really miss her voice and her laughter. I miss her knowledge, I miss her face. I'm so sorry for our loss. I will always Love her.
