We are saddened by the news of Peter's passing away. We tried multiple times to login to the service today, but could never get the connection. We met Peter and Suzanne when they became clients of our investment firm in the mid-90s. We loved them both so much and were deeply saddened when Suzanne passed away, just as we are with this news of Peter. They were both such intelligent, thoughtful, respectful clients with fabulous senses of humor! We know our wonderful memories of them will help us keep their spirits alive. Sending love and blessings to the family and close friends. Stephen and Kathie Barnes

I had the pleasure of knowing Peter for over 30 years, first as one of his interns, then as a colleague, and finally as his physician in his later years.
Dr Kelly was my favorite attending by far and he instilled in me an interest in infectious disease as well as lessons in balancing the demands of medicine and family.
He was a wonderful man and I along with all of my colleagues will miss him terribly .

Peter was my first mentor in Infectious Disease when I did my Fellowship under his tutelage at Maricopa Medical Center. I remember several times that he would call me at home, at night or weekends, to tell me there was a great case in the Emergency Room, and I should go and see the patient because I might never see that problem again in my life. I will always cherish the time I spent learning from him.

It has been my honor and pleasure to have the friendship of the Kelly family, and to have met Dr. Peter Kelly and enjoyed his company. His high quality and character are evident to me in the legacy of the family he raised. I have him and all of you in my thoughts. Wishing you peace as you mourn his passing and celebrate his life.

I met Peter hiking on the 32ndSt mountain. We formed a hiking group with Harry and David. We moved on to pancakes on Friday mornings at the Pancake House. We started taking Friday day trips throughout Arizona and Nevada. I will miss those wonderful days with Peter. Joel
