Our words are inadequate compared to the wonderful tribute paid to Dr. Khan by the Universal House of Justice, but we offer our humble prayers for the progress of his luminous soul. The friends at the Norwegian summer school said prayers in his memory and had the pleasure of hearing Mr. Dunbar's words about him. The National Assembly is also planning a memorial meeting on 13 August in Oslo. Many of the Norwegian friends have had the privilege of meeting the Khans at the summer school here in 2008 and remember them with great affection and respect. Our thought are with dear Janet and we pray for comfort and consolation for her.

Dearest Peter, you have bequeathed to us a marvellous legacy of your treasury of intellectual brilliance, service to humanity, faithfulness and integrity, selfless giving, eloquent yet accessible wisdom, and, of course, your hilarious sense of humour! You are sorely missed. It is a certainty that you have, by now, met with angels and holy souls to regale them with stories of your service and life. You are in our prayers for the progress of your soul as you wing your way through the worlds of God. To our deeply loved and dearly cherished Janet, you are in our hearts, thoughts, and prayers.
