Peter Michas Obituary
Pete lived in Colorado for many years. He was the owner of Triangle Liquors in Arvada, CO, and a real estate broker in Golden, CO. His real estate profession brought him most recently to Home Realty in Sun City West, AZ. He was an avid golfer and had been a member of Lakewood Country Club in Lakewood, CO, and Pinnacle Peak Country Club in Scottsdale, AZ.
Pete is survived by his daughters Stephanie and Christine; granddaughters Isabella and Gabrielle; brothers and sisters-in-law Nicholas and Jean Michas and James and Betty Michas. Peter was preceded in death by his parents, Gus and Diamond Michas and Grandparents Gus and Smaragthe Kefaliotis, whom he loved very much.
Pete was a lifelong member of and devoted servant to the Greek Orthodox Church and its communities. He was proud of his service in the United States Marine Corps. His ashes will be interred at the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona in Phoenix.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers donations be made to the American Cancer Society or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
