Dear Linda and Family,
Pete and I grew up together back in Shorewood, Wisc., and although time and distance relegated contact to only recent occassions, I consider our friendship a privilege and a gift.God bless.

Wow, I can't believe he is gone. One of my favorite memories of Pete is sitting in the back of church with his arm around Linda. We always swapped good natured political barbs. I think he loved trying to get the best of me, BUT I think I always stood my ground. Pete dearly loved his church and dearly loved Linda - his soul mate and travel mate - and wow what great adventures they shared.
My prayer for you my dear friend - may your soul find peace! We miss you at church! Love, Geeta

Peter was one of my closest life long friends. We often walked to and from school together from kindergarten through high school. Throughout those school days we played all the sports together. Pete was a very good athlete, especially in football and tennis. He played college football at Lake Forest. Growing up we were in the same Boy Scout Troop, only Pete had more determination and was the only one of our group to obtain his Eagle Scout honors. We often double dated and I introduced him to his first wife, Margie, who died of breast cancer, leaving Pete with two small children. We were in each others weddings and shared the joy of our newborn children. Pete was always a hard working and loyal worker. He successfully represented Abbot Laboratories for many years and rose to top sales positions. In his later years he enjoyed traveling all over the world with his wife and companion, Linda, whom he loved deeply. Along life's way, Pete encountered more than his share of hardships which would have tested any of us. I, and I am sure, many will miss Peter. He was a great guy and a dear friend. John Krueger

I am sorry that I can not be at the memorial tomorrow because I have been in the hospital. I am Pete's wife, we married 8 years ago and he moved to TN. We lost a daughter over a year ago and he helped me through my grieving process as he grieved with me. I loved him dearly and miss him terribly. Rest in peace my sweetheart. Love, Linda
