I remember Phil as a knowledgeable insurance adjuster who willingly found time to mentor me in the business during the early 1960's. I fondly recall his cheerful disposition towards all he came in contact with whether it be business related or personal.

I was so honored to have met my artist friend and I enjoyed our little chats. I will always treasure the time even though it was short. My heart goes out to Irene and her wonderful family. Peace to you with much love, always and sincerely...Dawn. The sky is Phil's biggest pallet now. When I see a beautiful sunrise or sunset or each passing cloud I will know who helped paint it. "I love you"
