My Dear Phil, twelve years have come and gone without you and yet we are still trying to find our place in this world with you gone.
At the end of each and every day, you made me smile and laugh and so very happy for the 24 years we had. We have a wonderful son who now has a wonderful and oh how we wish you could see them both.
Fly on your golden wings and bouncing from from cloud to cloud in God's beautiful light. Wishing you so much peace. Your loving wife, Ronnie

It's been a very long time since I last saw Phil, I remember him as a very kind and gentle soul who helped

Ryan,
Your Dad was a wonderful man. I work at MIEMSS and would only see him occasionally, but each time that I did, he made me smile.
I recently lost my husband, I am sure that your Dad and my Bill are up in heaven fishing and having some beers.
Your eulogy was excellent and and I know he is proud of your strength and courage. Thank you for serving our country. Be safe.

Ronnie and Ryan:Phil was special. He was a great person and an excellent employee. I survived Baltimore because of you, Phil and his family. I will always remember the bears , the Sunday dinners and of course, our alma mater, the BCJ. You are in my thoughts and prayers.
