Phyllis Fowler Obituary
Phyllis was born on July 20,1937 in Chicago to Michael and Rose( nee Cannatella) LaPlaca. She was an avid reader,loved jazz music and a big fan of" old blue eyes" Frank Sinatra. Phyllis, being a true care giver was a Minister of care and served communion in church and shut-ins and was a dedicated parishoner of Sacred Heart Church in Palos Hills for many years.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to The Alzheimer's Asso., 564 S. Main St. Suite 200, Ann Arbor Mi. 48104-2870.

Just reminiscing about the carpooling our parents did all through elementary school. Phyllis would always make us laugh as we were dodging potholes, she'd tell us to hold on to our teeth! She had such a fun spirit! Thanks for the fond memories!
