Phyllis Joan Fullerton

Phyllis Joan Fullerton passed away on Tuesday November 16, 2021, at the age of 92. Beloved friend of Alecia R. Peck. Phyllis was preceded in death by her parents, Floyd R. Fullerton and Lorraine Terry Marbury Fullerton; and her sister Marilyn E. Harrington. Phyllis was originally from Michigan, but spent most of her life in New Orleans, LA. After Hurricane Katrina, she resided in Mandeville, LA for the remainder of her life. She was an accomplished artist and had a long career in law enforcement as a sketch artist. Her love of nature and animals, especially horses, where evident in many of her exquisite paintings. She was a beautiful soul with so many memories to share of her life and adventures in Louisiana.
