WOODSTOCK - Phyllis A. Rach, 52, of Woodstock, died Friday, June 27, 2008, in Woodstock.

She was born Feb. 9, 1956, in Sheboygan, Wis., to Alphonse and Imelda (Dickerell) Faust. On Aug. 30, 1975, she married John S. Rach, at St. George Roman Catholic Church in Elkhart, Wis.

She attended elementary school in Elkhart Lake and graduated in 1974. She worked at Lake to Lake in Keil, Wis., for three years, Richardson in Sheboygan Falls, Wis., for nine years, and Catlalent, aka ALP, in Woodstock for 20 years.

She belonged to the Woodstock Moose Family Center No. 1329, and was a member for six years, where she held many different roles. She received her academy of friendship degree in 2007. She was the senior regent for 2008-09, along with her husband, John, as governor. The Moose was her second family. She will be missed dearly by all who knew her.

She is survived by her husband of 32 years, John; her mother, Imelda; her children, Jon Paul (Heather) Rach, Angela (Bryan) Witt and Samantha (Douglas) Schumacher; her grandchildren, LeAnn Rach, Dawson Rach, Dylan Witt, Chance Witt and Hannah Schumacher; her sisters, Doris (Rick) Widder and Bernice Matthews; a brother, Mark (Jodi) Faust; her sisters- and brothers-in-law, Bill (Lil) Rach, Stephen (Lucy) Rach, Lois (Gerald) Herr, Kristine (Brian) Woelfel and Pat Rach; and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her father; her father- and mother-in-law, Laverne and Marion Rach; and a brother-in-law, Richard Rach.

The visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, July 1, at Colonial Funeral Home, 591 Ridgeview Drive, McHenry, where a service of the Moose Lodge will be at 6:30 p.m. A second visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m., Wednesday, July 2, at Meiselwitz-Vollstedt Funeral Home, 815 Sixth St., Keil, Wis. A funeral mass will be celebrated 10:30 a.m. Thursday, July 3, at St. Peter and Paul Church in Keil. Interment will be in Sts. Peter and Paul Cemetery.
