Ralph Reynolds Jr. Obituary

Published by Legacy Remembers on Jul. 2, 2024.
Ralph Wiliam Reynolds Jr., 91, passed away peacefully and entered his Heavenly home on Wednesday June 12, 2024, at the Lake City VA Medical Center. He was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, a respected businessman and a Christian.

Ralph was born July 1, 1932, in Tampa, Florida to the late Ralph and Irene Reynolds and was preceded in death by his four siblings. Ralph grew up in Tampa and graduated from Plant High School. He was an Air Force Korean War Veteran stationed at MacDill Air Force Base. Ralph was the purchasing manager for Booker & Company Wholesale Building Materials for 40+ years. He was a longtime member of the Purchasing Management Association of Tampa. Ralph, with his father, also bought and renovated many homes throughout the Tampa Bay area. After retirement Ralph and his wife, Mary moved to Elijay, Georgia. Even though they loved the mountains, they returned to the Tampa Bay area in 2014 to be near their family.

Ralph will be missed and lovingly remembered by his wife of almost 70 years, Mary, and his five daughters: Rachel Williams (Jerry), Sara Gregory (David), Stacey Doering (Jeff), Sunni Christie, and Rebecca Davis (Andy). Ralph is also survived by his 15 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

There will be a graveside service at Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell FL. on Friday July 12, at 1 p.m.

Ralph will be escorted by the Patriot Guard Riders to his final resting place.
