of Brunswick, Ohio, passed away on Sunday, December 12, 2021. Beloved husband of 66 years to Cornelia (nee Tolci) (recently deceased). Loving father of Diana Fratila (Marvin Harris) and Stephanie (John) McNeely. Devoted and loving grandfather "Mosu" of Owen McNeely and Elliott McNeely. Beloved son of Crisian and Valeria (both deceased). Dear brother of Emily Marginian. Dear uncle and friend of many. Ray was born on February 13, 1928, in Campbell and raised in Struthers, Ohio. He was a proud WWII Navy veteran and dedicated to his church. A Funeral Service will be held on Friday, December 17, 2021, at 12PM at St. Mary Romanian Orthodox Cathedral, 3256 Warren Rd., Cleveland, where the family will receive friends from 11:30AM until the time of service. Interment at Sunset Memorial Park will be private for the family. Donations in his memory may be made to St. Mary Romanian Orthodox Cathedral.
