Ray was always a welcomed sight to come in our door. I met Ray close to 20 years ago and was glad to consider him a friend as much as a customer. He and Les (and sometimes Tom, Chuck or his Son Robert) were always fun to have around. I enjoyed hearing Ray's stories, talking about flying, gliding, Dentistry, or looking at his old Mercury when he drove that years back. Many of my customers were saddened to hear of Ray's passing as well. He touched many people and I was glad to have met him.

Dear Mae and family,
We are saddened to hear of Ray's death. We tried to see him in Arizona the past few winters. He sure was a great addition to the Mercruzer Car Club! What a joy to have him come and play the violin. We all enjoyed having a get together at your condo also.
Blessings and prayers to you all.

Mrs. Schroeder and Bob,
Sorry to hear of Rays' passing. He and Mae were very good examples for someone growing up in South Minneapolis. Bob, Craig and I lead a Leave it to Beaver type of existence and Ray was always there talking to us and most importantly listening to us.
I wish both of you the best and am very thankful and better for having knowned Ray.

Dear Mae:
Please accept my sympathy on Ray's passing last month. Always know how appreciative I am of Ray and you getting Lincoln and Pauline together. You both will continue to have a special place in my heart.
Love,
Karlette

Dr. Schroeder was by far the Best Boss a hygienist could have!!! He was kind, funny, professional and very caring...so very gentle with each & every patient...I believe I may have been his last employee before retiring..He will be fondly remembered by me...sadly I have a wedding the same day as his memorial...I will keep you in my thoughts & prayers...hugs to Mae & Bob
