In loving memory of Rebecca 'Becky' Harris who was born on March 26, 1951. Becky passed away on December 17, 2023 after battling Alzheimer's and Parkinson's disease. She was a devoted wife to Edward 'Eddie' Harris and a loving mother to Kimberly Harris.

Becky spent her formative years in Houston,TX and most of her adult life Sunrise Beach, TX, where she developed a deep appreciation for family and community, highly involved in her church for many years. She embraced her dedication to her career, helping to provide for her family. She loved music and singing, but mostly, she loved spending time with family and friends.

Becky graced the world with her unwavering commitment in all facets of life. She and Eddie shared a life full of love and laughter during their marriage of more than 44 years, while her daughter was blessed with a role model whose dedication and love knew no limits. Her legacy isn't just one of hard work and commitment, but also, the profound love she bestowed upon her family and friends.

A celebration of life will be held on January 20, 2024, at the Harris home from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. For further details, please reach out to Kimberly Harris.

When I was little and they lived in a Houston, we spent time on the couch playing backgammon (sp?), eating grapefruits by peeling off the rinds and then pulling the little pods off one by one the eat them, and we watched M.A.S,H. She would watch me make up dances to songs and I loved helping her wash Kimberly in the sink when she was a baby. She would sing songs and she had a beautiful singing voice. One song she sang that I remember was sunrise sunset. I will miss her.
