Rebecca “Becky” Carol Crutcher Pope Oct. 21, 1952 — Feb. 7, 2009Rebecca “Becky” Carol Crutcher Pope, age 56, of Duncan, passed away Saturday, Feb. 7, 2009, in Duncan.Funeral services will be at Chisholm Trail Church of Christ at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 11, 2009, with Leonard Keeleofficiating. Interment will be in Duncan Cemetery under direction of Don Grantham Funeral Home.The family will receive friends from 6 to 7:30 p.m., Tuesday in the funeral home.She was born on Oct. 21, 1952, in Chickasha, to Bobby Ray Crutcher and Dorothy Lou McClane. After graduating from Chickasha High School in 1970, she attended Oklahoma Christian College.Becky was a faithful member of the Chisholm Trail Church of Christ. She enjoyed doing ceramics and was a volunteer for many organizations, the latest being the United Way. Becky enjoyed spending time with her family and many friends, including Duncan Community Residents.She was dearly loved and will be greatly missed.Survivors include her sons: Bryan Pope and wife Elizabeth of Duncan, Dustin Pope of Woodward,; her parents: Bob and Peggy Crutcher, and her mother, Dorothy McClane, all of Duncan; a sister, Tammy Tibbetts and husband Geary, and a brother, Mark Crutcher and wife Tana , all of Duncan; nieces: Kristen Eden and husband Brian of Guthrie, Leah Ashworth and husband Wes of Bentonville, Ark.; nephews: Joel Ryan and wife Sonya and children of Fort Collins, Colo., and Kacy Tibbetts of Stillwater; a special cousin, Jo Ann Reynolds; and many other cousins and friends.She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Earnest and Esther Crutcher of Waurika, and Delbert and Lucille Hicks of Chickasha.Bearers will be Kacy Tibbetts, Geary Tibbetts, Brian Eden, Wes Ashworth, Warren Hicks and Carl Wessel.Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Foundation.Online condolences may be made at www.granthamfuneralhomes.com.
