I first found you on Wordpress Rhonda. Your family's story and grief resonated with me so much. I think of you often, since you went ahead. I send love to your family when I think of you.

I often think of Rhonda and her loved ones left behind. I hope that you have all been wrapped up in love and kindness are so many devastating losses. I followed Rhonda's blog on Wordpress and the loss of Rhonda, was a confronting thing for myself, as I too lost a child to suicide.
Sending you all love on this day of remembrance.

It has now been a year since we lost my niece, Rhonda Gay Sellers Elkins, to a serious condition from which she could not overcome. We should never stop talking about this condition and trying to find a cure for it. There are so many types of mental illness. Let us strive to bring it out in the open even more than we are doing it now. If we cannot find a cure for it right now, let us find a better way to manage it. This condition can destroy a family or make it stronger. I choose to believe it has made our family stronger and more determined to have people understand it and work for a cure. Rhonda and her daughter Kaitlyn did not ask to have this inherited (my belief) illness. They did not go out and seek it. Instead of making this a sad day, let us make it a happy one because they lived and will live on forever.
