Richard Hoglund Obituary
Rick was a man of many interests and talents. He was exceptionally skilled in areas, such as, advanced explosives handling, grilling, gardening and beer drinking. He also found enjoyment in working with his lathe and 3D printer. Throughout his life, Rick was a doting caretaker to his dogs, praying mantises, Venus's flytraps, goldfish, and various other cherished pets.
Rick was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Russell "Rusty" Hoglund.
He is survived by his wife, Susan Hoglund; his children, Richard (Gisselle) Hoglund of Mound, MN, Brad Hoglund of Columbia Heights, MN, Kari (Bobby) Johnson of Rosemount, MN, and Laura Hoglund of Duluth, MN; his brother, Robert (Jody) Hoglund of St. Croix Falls, WI; his grandchildren, Richard Hoglund, Arielle Hoglund, Michael Retzer, and Miranda Retzer; his great-grandchild, Hayes Skeens; and many wonderful nieces and nephews.
Rick celebrated his life everyday he was alive.
