To the Lipsky Family:
Rich was a good friend in the real estate business for the last 40 years or so. He was a gentleman and a trusted advisor to me and to many others during that time.
I will miss his humor and friendship and extend my very deepest condolences to the family. May he rest in peace.

Lipsky family
I as sorry to hear of Rich's passing. He assisted me whenever I asked for advice. My joy really came from sitting in his office and hearing his explanations of the beautiful pictures that adorns the office walls.
He was a true "mensch" and he will be missed. My condolences.
