Richard "Dick" Nagle

Richard "Dick" Nagle N. Charleston - Richard "Dick" Nagle, 93, of Stanley, VA and N. Charleston, husband of the late Pauline Nagle, passed away on Sunday, February 6, 2022 at home. A Celebration of Life service will be held at a later date in Virginia. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Evangelical Presbyterian Church of Elkton, 2580 Panorama Drive, Elkton, VA, 22827. Dick was born on November 14, 1928 in Washington, DC, son of the late Ralph and Mary Nagle. He enjoyed woodworking, making wooden toys for his grandchildren, gardening, and supporting his church and community. Most of all, he enjoyed spending time with his family, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. He served on the Board of the Luray Hospice. He was a member of Evangelical Presbyterian Church in Elkton, VA and had served as a Deacon and Elder. Survivors include: two children: Elizabeth Nagle Goodwin (Timothy) of Aberdeen, MD and Steven Richard Nagle (Liz) of N. Charleston; four grandchildren: Matthew Goodwin (Dana), Jennifer Buchness (Drew), Joseph Nagle, and Christopher Nagle; four great-grandchildren: Owen Goodwin, Colton Buchness, Brynn Buchness and Grant Goodwin; niece, Patricia Renn; nephew, Phillip Renn (Nicole); and other beloved family.
