Richard C. Speck, 69, a Parma resident, passed away Saturday, June 9, 2018. He was born in Cleveland on November 5, 1948. Rick was a baptized Christian of 52 years (Jehovah's Witness) who often spent his free time volunteering to help those within his community learn what the bible teaches. Rick retired from Lakewood High School where he taught the Vocational Automotive course for 30 years. He was a passionate car enthusiast who loved everything about cars. He was often seen at car shows and race tracks with friends and his grandchildren. Rick loved his family and friends. He will be greatly missed by his devoted wife Judith (nee Haider) of 48 years; children Jamie (Mark) Kray, Rick (Jennifer) Speck, Cady (Shannon) Speck and Jody (Brittney) Speck; and adorable grandchildren Amanda, Emily, Casey, Tallulah, Jocelyn, Brody and Liam; siblings Gilbert and Elizabeth. He is preceded in death by his parents Carl and Margaret (nee Kunuck) Speck and his brother Terry. www.buschcares.com 216-741-7700
