I found this envelope apparently sent by Richard to my father, c/o my grandfather. Looks like postmark from 1943. I googled the name and found this. - [email protected]

In working with Richie as Manager of the Treasury department of IDC/T&R I found Richie to be highly intelligent, extremely knowledgeable
and always willing to help when problems arose.
Richie may have had many passions in life, but
one I can attest to is his love of Golf. He never
missed a chance to play whenever he could. One
outstanding feature of his game was that he was not the longest hitter but always right down the middle.
He will be severely missed by all that knew him.
