I remember playing football in the backyard ofyour house in Manor. With your dad as designated QB throwing perfect spirals to Chris Haas, Jon Shoff, Sean Baldis and me (Andy Goldsmith). I think Dusty may have been a bit too young at the time. Sorry to see this obituary, I thought your dad may have been in the D.C. area? So I Googled him, sometimes this new technology kinda sucks. Give me a call if you see this? I'm in the Springfield area, close to D.C. 240 418 8554.

William and I are deeply sorry to hear of Bob's passing as we spent many an evening together with Bob and Diane. Their great love story and the wat in which Bob adored Diane will be my forever example of true love. Bob was a gentle giant whose passion for people and educators will be referred to in many a future conversation. William and Mary Monsour

Bob was a champion in every meaning of that word. He had a keen mind and a heart that was unmatched for compassion and humanitarian values. Most of all, he was a great guy who will be sorely missed. With sadness and joy, Terri & Jim Henderson

Bob Baldis was a fantastic advocate for the teaching profession. I am so thankful for his association leadership. I especially enjoyed seeing him at PSEA conferences. The education profession is stronger because of his influence. His life was so meaningful to many. May you rest in peace, Bob. May your family be comforted during their bereavement.
Sincerely,

To the Family & Friends of Bob Baldis,
I knew Bob several years ago when I served on the staffs of State Senator Mike Fisher and U.S. Senator Arlen Specter. I was always impressed with Bob's knowledge of issues and his professionalism. Bob was a good guy, who was a pleasure to deal with.
Please accept my condolences on your loss.

Bob was the consummate leader and professional. We had many a wonderful time during events for Leadership Pittsburgh, PSEA, the Pirates, working to get the RAD created and lets not forget Christmas parties at Linda's apartment! Bob will be truly missed and my heart goes out to the whole family.

You were a great man filled with lots of passion, strength and love. Your passion for PSEA will live on forever, your strength will ever be remembered and your love... You loved us all so very much! I know God IS wearing Black & Gold and I know the Angels sang "Here We Go" as you entered Heaven. Until we meet again... I Love You!
