Dear Susie,
I am so sorry for your loss! Bob was a very kind and generous man and I loved working for him at Burgess Industries, Inc., In fact, I still have my hat and jacket from the 25th anniversary of the founding of Burgess Industries! I will always remember him fondly and with great appreciation for how kind always was to me.
Sincerely,
Bob Meyer

Bob was my next door neighbor on Cherry Street in Olympia. I sure have fond memories of our time together until we moved to Portland in 1950. I also remember Bob´s mom, dad, sister and brother from those days.

Bob was a very close friend for over forty years, some of my best fishing memories were shared with Bob. Bob was also solely responsible for my wife and I becoming avid golfers for the last twenty plus years. Memories of meeting Bob at West Seattle or Jefferson golf courses and playing rounds of golf with him are still very fresh in my mind even though its been several years.
Bob was a great friend and I will miss him.

I will always remember the times I spent with Bob from going to the shooting range to working on expanding their laundry room. Just an extremely easy person to be around and carry a conversation. Bob will be missed but has provided great memories.
