Robert Eyer Obituary
Born in Patterson, NJ December 4, 1931. Robert served 4 years in the United States Air Force.
He later came to the Daytona area in the 1970's. He retired from Sears in Daytona Beach. He loved fishing, camping and dancing.
He is survived by his wife Jeri Bandell-Eyer and his son Richard Eyer, Evans, GA. Also, granddaughters Jennifer Shaffer, Windemere, FL, Amanda Eyer, Sarasota, FL, Patricia Rivers, Franklin, NY, Rachel Eyer, Sarasota, Amanda Norris, Live Oak, FL. Grandsons, Raymond Eyer, Bloomindale, NJ, Jason Eyer, Beuleson, TX, Austin, Eyer, State College, PA. Also, stepchildren, Glenn Goerl, CO, Gary Goerl, OH, Gregory Goerl, CA, Janine Papavero, CA and Keith Bandell, Ormond Beach, FL.
Step-grandchildren include: Leia Goerl, Keira Goerl, Garrett Goerl, Amber Bendeck, Ashley Papavero, Alysa Papavero, Amy Papavero, Jamie Bandell, and Carley Bandell.
A visitation is scheduled for Wednesday March 30, 2016 from 4:00 P.M. ~ 8:00 P.M. in the Oceanside Room of Volusia Memorial Funeral Home, located at 548 North Nova Road, Ormond Beach, Florida 32174. The Mass of Christian Burial is scheduled for 11:00 A.M. at Prince of Peace R.C. Church, located at 600 South Nova Road, Ormond Beach, Florida 32174, with an interment to follow the mass at Volusia Memorial Park, located at 550 North Nova Road, Ormond Beach, Florida 32174. Our thoughts and prayers are with Bob and his entire family. We enjoyed our time spent with Bob and Jeri especially when we would go out to dinner together and share an evening of fun and laughter.
