Robert Gillis Obituary
"Boston Bob" as he was known to his friends in Sarasota, loved taking his beloved dog, Macy, for walks along Lake Ibis in Sarasota. He was a proud member of St. Kevin's Drum and Bugle Corp. and OFD Uphams Corner. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.

Bobby was such a good man. I will never forget our special times together. You were always so tender and loving with me and mine. Reading books together by candlelight, long walks and just enjoying our times together. I will never forget you. Condolences to your family. Love you Bobby. Rest In Peace.

I remember he walked up to us at the pool at Sun N Fun Sarasota and asked if we knew how to play LRC. That's when it all started. The Shenanigans started then. We share the same birthday and he always had a great hug. I will always remember him! I was one of his friends that jumped in to perform CPR. Love you Bobby!!! Until next time my friend...
