Often think and talk about Uncle Bob and especially as I'm watching the Phillies. Can't believe its been 9 years since we got the call. Pray all is well in Heaven and maybe you can spread some heaven dust on the Phils as they need it. Love Scott

Ruth and Family: I worked with Bob for almost 20 years at GE, Martin Marietta and Lockheed Martin. He was a good man and a good friend. And Bob was a key to the success of our business over the years - always humble and not wanting to be in the limelight. I will miss Bob, as will so many others who had the privilege to know him through the paths of his life.

Dear Ruth,

I would like to offer my Hearfelt Sympathy on your loss of such a Wonderful Individual. I had known Bob in a number of Positions that he had in his career from RCA to Lockheed Martin. In addition, I had the privilege of having Bob as my Supervisor during the Transition of RCA to GE. During that time I saw his Intelligence, his Humor, his Thoughtfulness, and his Kindness, especially in his dealings with his fellow co-workers. For me, I will remember Bob as a Teacher, never degrading anyone, always being the one to explain the most complex and difficult problems at Hand.

I have met you on a number of occasions, but the one I remember the most was at your daughter Joanne's Graduation in Nursing. Joanne graduated with my daughter Maureen. My wife Joyceanne and I were delighted to meet you and Bob that evening.

You and your family will be in our Prayers, and I will continue to thank God for allowing me to say how wonderful it was that Bob Luczak was part of my Life.

To the Luczak Family:
While we lament Bob's passing into his new life,
We are comforted by the conviction that,
As a brilliant flame was quenched in this earthly sphere,
A magnificent new star ignited in God's firmament!

To Mrs. Luczak and family;

I had the honor of working with Bob over two different periods of my Lockheed Martin career. Bob treated all those with whom he worked with respect and dignity. He generously and enthusiastically shared his knowledge, mentored and supported us, and brought joy to our workdays. Bob had an unwavering focus on what was real, both personally and professionally. He always remained the voice of reason.
I hold you all close in my heart as you grieve your profound loss, and celebrate a life very well lived.

Dear Ruth
I first met Bob in 1990 when I came to Cherry Hill. Over the past 20 years I developed a close friendship with him and during the final years before he retired we used to meet for lunch almost every day, talking of investments, pending home projects and planned family outings. He was a dedicated family man and was very proud of you and your daughters. For me he was a true friend, teacher and confidant. I will miss him immensely.
My deepest sympathy to you and the family. I pray that you all will find comfort during this time of deep sorrow in knowing that he is in peace with our Lord.
Please know that you and your family are in my thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.
May God bless you all.

Dear Ruth and Family,

Bob was a wonderful, close friend and trusted advisor to many in Lockheed Martin, including me. I enjoyed our chats, spanish lessons, lunches, and golf outings. I was looking forward to the day I would retire and doing more of those things with Bob and our Lockheed Martin friends. I will miss him. "Descanse en paz," Bob...rest in peace.

I remember walking into Bob's office and seeing him look up from his desk and smile like it was yesterday. I like many others will miss him. To his loving family, may the love of those around you help you through the days ahead.

Ruth,

I have known And worked withBob his entire career. He was an outstanding individual in many ways.....terrific family man, strong commitment to his faith, wonderful sense of humor and a very intelligent and creative employee. I valued you him as a good friend and a valuable employee. Everyone who knew him liked and respected him. He will be missed by everyone who knew him. Unfortunately, I will be traveling to Florida Sunday morning and will not be able to attend the services, but Ruth, you and your family will be in my thoughts and prayers. This is a difficult time, but you can draw strength from knowing you were married to a person who left a positive impression on everyone who crossed his path.....Mike Camardo

Dear Ruth, Linda, Emily and Becca:

We were devastated to learn about Bob's passing. As you well know, words cannot describe what a wonderful, kind and generous man he was. His support for Stephanie and the entire Eastern volleyball family will always give him a very special place in our hearts. He watched over all of you during his brief time on Earth and he certainly will be watching over you even more closely in Heaven. Please know that we are praying for all of you during this difficult time.

Ruth, Linda and your entire family,
Our thoughts and prayers are with you all as you grieve. As former co-workers of Bob's, we both state unconditionally how his enthusiasm for live was contagious. He was honestly one of the most gentlemanly and kind individuals either of us have had the pleasure to work with and know - even as we continued that relationship into the volleyball bleachers.

Bob was the nicest, funniest, and most knowledgeable gentleman with whom I ever had the privlege to work. I met him when I was hired at RCA in 1972 and had contact with him throughout my career. He was dedicated family man, and would help anyone who needed help.

BOB IS A VERY GOOD FRIEND TO US HE HAS BEEN SO VERY KIND TO US FOR OVER 45 YEARS WHEN WE BECAME NEIGHBORS OF BOB AND RUTH. WHAT A WONDERFUL FAMILY THEY HAVE RAISED. THERE WILL BE A VOID IN OUR LIFE WITH THE LOSS OF BOB. THE ONLY REASON WE BELIEVE BOB HAS LEFT US SO VERY SOON IS THAT GOD NEEDED A VERY GOOD WORKER AND WHO BUT BOB COULD FILL THAT JOB. WE WILL MISS BOB SO VERY MUCH HE CARED ABOUT HIS WIFE, FAMILY AND FRIENDS LIKE US, HOPEFULLY WE WILL SOMEDAY SEE OUR BOB WHEN IT IS OUR TIME TO SEE GOD. BOY DOES GOD HAVE A GOOD PERSON UP THERE WITH HIM HELPING. BUT WE MUST MOURN THE LOSS OF OUR FRIEND BUT WILL REMEMBER HIM FOREVER

Mrs. Luczak and Family, I was sad to hear about Mr. Luczak. I will always remember him with a big smile on his face because that is the only way I ever saw him. He was a great role model for all men and especially fathers. I will always remember the time he spent with all of us kids playing wiffle ball in your driveway. I am so thankful for the way he looked out for my parents. They always spoke about him in the fondest way and I know they were very grateful for his kindness. I can only hope to one day leave a legacy close to the one that he has left.

Bob was one of the finest men I knew. His sense of humor, intelligence and character made working with him something I always looked forward to. It will be the memories of socializing with Bob that I will remember always. Wether it was gofing, dinners with the team or the long drives to various meetings where Bob would carp about my driving, I learned to really admire Bob. He was a good man to have as a friend. I know I speak for many folks from Cherry Hill, Those of us that knew him and admired him will always remember him whenever we gather - he has a special place in all of our hearts. My deepest condolences to Ruth and his daughters.

Barb, El, Kaitlyn, Mrs Luczak and family:

We are deeply sorry for your sudden loss. We know that all words will ring hollow at this painful time, but perhaps the following words may be of comfort in the near future:

"And when she buries a man, that action concerns me: all mankind is of one author, and is one volume; when one man dies, one chapter is not torn out of the book, but translated into a better language; and every chapter must be so translated; God employs several translators; some pieces are translated by age, some by sickness, some by war, some by justice; but God's hand is in every translation, and His hand shall bind up all our scattered leaves again for that library where every book shall lie open to one another.”

God Bless You...
