Loving husband of Kathleen "Blondie," (nee O'Brien); dedicated father to the late Robert and late Daniel Potter, Colleen (John) Boulanger; beloved grandfather of Erin (Thomas) Nauman and Bridget (John) Zackrison; wonderful great-grandfather of Thomas and William Nauman; son of the late David and Sally; brother of the late David (Linda), Elizabeth (late Larry), late LeRoy, late Thomas (Barbara) and Rose (Tim); brother-in-law of Thomas O'Brien; fun loving uncle to many nieces and nephews; friend to all and longtime owner of Potter's Corner Store.
Services at McInerney Central Chapel, 4635 S. Wallace Street, Chicago, IL 60609. Where family and friends will gather on Thursday, February 16, 2023 from 3-8 pm. Funeral Friday, February 17, 2023 with chapel prayers at 9:15 am to St. Gabriel Church for a 10:00 am Mass of Christian Burial. Interment St. Mary Cemetery.
