Just thinking about friend Bob and the time I made a point of taking a good look at the driver that seemed to just abruptly and perhaps rudely block my steps into the coffee shop, with his car. And there was Bob smiling and chucking away. Beside him was Gail, who seemed to be enjoying the humour of the moment every bit as much. Bob made you feel good

I just heard of Bob's passing and we are truly saddened. He was a great guy with an awesome sense of humour and zest for life. I honestly remember the day I met him and the first joke he told me. We shared countless laughs from then on and even if we hadn't seen each other for a year, when we did connect it was like we were never apart. Our best to all of you, remember the good times and take care. Brian and Carol Chapman.

Gail & Family. Pat & I are shocked and saddened to hear of Bob's passing, at far too young of an age, and short retirement. It's unfortunate that we lost touch over the years, but still remember the laughs we once had. Bob was a good man and he will be missed by all. Take comfort in the fact that he is not suffering, and remember all the good times you had. Our deepest sympathy, and our thoughts will be with you today and always. Pat & Michelle Lyon

On behalf of the Regina Minor Football Board of Directors, our players, coaches, and families, I would like to offer our deepest sympathies to Gail, Rod and families, on Bob's recent passing. Bob contributed many years, and countless hours behind all the limelight, providing clean, safe equipment and uniforms for Regina Minor Football players. His passion and work ethic is a trait I try to emulate as his successor. Bob's love of family was also a characteristic to be admired. He will be sorely missed.
