I worked with Bob on projects related to the Dept of Aging and Disabilities. We worked on problems relating to the unmet needs of the disabled. Bob was able to define problems, help us be concise in our thoughts. He was a man of integrity and great skill. He will be missed.

To the Stair family: I worked as an LPN at Weston Hadden from its opening in 85 until 1999. Bob encouraged me in my endeavor to return to school for a Social Work degree and was always ready to help out a staff person there. He was very proud of his family
My thoughts and prayers are with you all.
