I will always remember Mr. Torry as my good friend and fishing buddy. My deepest sympathy goes out to Mrs. Gert and the Torry family. I will remember Mr. Torry especially for his humor and his wisdom. Every summer on Lake St. George, I could count on him to take me out on his boat and show me the tips and tricks of fishing. Through out the years Mr. Torry and I both grew older and every summer we would always have a different fish story to tell. After his knee surgery it was hard for him to get around but that didnt stop him from taking me fishing. I will never forget the times and the compassion both Mr. and Mrs. Torry shared with me and my family. I am sure those large and small mouth bass won't be missing you Mr. Torry, but I certainly will be! My thoughts and prayers go out to all of the Torry family.

We'll always have the fondest memories of our friend Bob Torry. Bob was the type of man you wanted to be around and have for a friend. You will be missed, but rest assured we will see and meet again on Gods golden shore.

We will always remember Bob with our deepest love. We will always cherish the times we were able to spend visiting Bob and Gert. The best memories are the fun times we had being able to go to Maine to " Bruce and Bob's "cabin and seeing the enjoyment that Bob had by takeing us out on the boat to fish! He didn't want to give up till each and everyone of us had caught a fish. After breakfast each morning he was up and ready to go again, after lunch and a nap, then on again until supper time!! What fun we had!! Bob was very important to us as a dad, granddad, and father-in-law. In our hearts we will always remember him and know that he is in a wonderful place with his beloved son Bruce. Our deepest sympathy and love go to Gert, Bobby, Mary Lou, their families, Bob's grandchildren, and his many other loved ones and friends.
