I cherish the friendship from our first year at holy cross together. Close bond with all our alumni, one fellow students Bob was unique with his passionate views about almost any subject, that enhanced debate fellowship and an overall good feeling. I can remember freshman year, going to his home in North Olmsted, Ohio for Thanksgiving meeting Don and cookie and the rest of the crew . we stayed close over the years mostly by phone email and text. always a positive influence that I will miss very much.

Bob was a good friend, Holy Cross friend, of mine. Over the years we saw each other at the Ohio State House when Bob would testify on legislation and I was serving as Legislative Service Commission staff attorney for the House Civil and Commercial Law Committee. We spent some nice moments at our Holy Cross 50th Reunion just last year. My sympathy to Assunta Rossi and Bob´s family. Bill Heaphy III, Delaware, Ohio
