Robert Wolford Obituary
Robert graduated from North Hagerstown High School. He served in the United States Army and was in the reserves. He was a member of his local American Legion. He retired from Mack Truck and in his spare time he enjoyed riding his motorcycle, gardening, cooking for family and friends, fishing, dancing, attending his grandsons' sporting events and Motown Music. Robert had a great sense of humor, loved animals and claimed many as his own. He enjoyed attending Community Grace Church and was a man of faith. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him and loved him.
Robert is survived by his children: Eva (Jerry) Socks, Renee (Dan) Elyard, and Robert Wolford II; grandchildren: Hunter, Kaitlyn, Andrew, Victoria, Conner, and Jayden; siblings: Phyllis Layhue, Patsy Sipes, Audrey Wolford Jones, Mary Llewellyn, and Frank Wolford. He is also survived by his beloved pet, Daisy.
In addition to his parents, Robert is preceded in death by his brothers: Frederick Theodore Wolford and Walter Wolford.
A private memorial service will be held for family and friends at Community Grace Church, 5441 Buchanan Trail West, Greencastle, PA 17225.
Memorial donations may be made to Community Grace Church.
